The article on May 14 caught my eye regarding car thefts. On Feb. 5, 2011, I went out to move my 1997 Honda Accord from the driveway. UGH… our car was missing. The day was extra busy, for we were moving from Federal Way to Kent.

Officer Chris Mickelsen filled out the stolen vehicle report. Just a few hours later, the Federal Way Police Department called and had recovered the car just a few blocks from our house. Thanks to officer Mickelsen and others who help to make Federal Way a safe place to live and work.
