False tickets for right-hand turns | Federal Way letters

I would like to know how many people in Federal Way have received tickets making a right-hand turn (west) from Pacific Highway onto 312th Street?

I would like to know how many people in Federal Way have received tickets making a right-hand turn (west) from Pacific Highway onto 312th Street? My husband and I have both received a ticket at this intersection in the last six weeks, and both tickets are false. Where the camera is positioned, there is a tree blocking the green right-hand turn arrow that is mounted to the pole. If you watch the videos, just as the wind blows and we were both making the turn, the tree branches move and you can clearly see the green arrow. How many people have gone ahead and paid a ticket in this exact spot because the tree was blocking the green arrow? I have not had a ticket in over 15 years, and it angers me to know that people are spending $124 a pop because the tree is blocking the green arrow. And another thing, why is the return address for where we mail this ticket to in Arizona? How much money is the State of Arizona making off of our city?
