Newly renovated apartment community, the Cove Apartment Homes, is hosting its open house event from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 11.

Attendees can expect great food from local food trucks, including Tabassum and Ice Cream Express WA. There will be giveaways, games, prizes, and special event-specific leasing offers. The local radio station, 98.9 THE BULL, will also be playing live music from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.

The Cove Apartment Homes is managed by Weidner Apartment Homes, and is located at 33131 1st Ave. SW in Federal Way, at the junction of the Campus Trail and the BPA Trail.

The community offers newly renovated one- and two-bedroom homes that feature high-end elements like stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops, hardwood-style flooring, a digital fireplace, vaulted ceilings, and more.

The Cove’s community amenities include a fitness center, an outdoor pool, a grilling station, an on-site dog park, a resident lounge, and a complimentary coffee station. The Cove is also centered around a private, serene pond with fountains.
