Mirror staff reports:
Harsch Investment Properties has restarted renovations on Celebration Center, a strip mall located at Pacific Highway South and South 320th Street in Federal Way.
The shopping center is anchored by Ross Dress for Less, Rite Aid, Party City and Michaels Arts and Crafts.
Based in Portland, Ore., Harsch says on its website that the work will be finished in 2012. This is the fourth of five phases for the project, according to the Puget Sound Business Journal. The fourth phase began in May, and will expand the storefront for Ross by 114 feet while adding 3,500 square feet total.
Two new spaces totaling 3,500 square feet will be added to the shopping center, the report said. Harsch will reduce the shopping center’s overall square footage by 16,000. The company plans to renovate the parking lot.
