February marks National Heart Health Month, and Iora Primary Care’s Federal Way practice is highlighting the importance of heart-healthy eating choices and exercise for older adults by hosting a Valentine’s Day event dedicated to heart health. This free, educational event will also provide a forum for attendees to socialize with community members and build relationships. The event will take place from 10 a.m. to noon, Feb. 22, at the Iora Federal Way practice, 32075 Pacific Highway S., Suite B209.
