New businesses

The City of Federal Way issued 41 business licenses in July 2010.

Among the businesses residents can expect to see opening in Federal Way are a few hair salons, an ice-cream shop, several restaurants, a coffee shop, a book publisher, health services businesses and an adult family home.

New locations

Service excellence

The Service Excellence Group of Federal Way meets the second and fourth Wednesday of every month from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. This is a networking group dedicated to great customer service skills.
