We have been working for years to better our community and to make sure it does not get lost into the general “bedroom community” category of King County suburbs by participating in events, volunteer activities and politics in our town.
There (finally) will be a public meeting regarding the King County Library System’s 320th Library design from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. Tuesday, April 5, at 848 S. 320th St., Federal Way.
While this has not been publicized other than a small notice in The Mirror’s calendar, this is the only chance that I am aware of for community members to put their two cents into what they want the library to look like, have, include and mean to us, the library users.
What will our library reflect? Here is your chance to tell them what it should have.
Please come to learn what KCLS tells us about its timetable and to talk to the architects to help make this our community library rather than another “white-bread” copy-cat KCLS-system library.
