King County Councilmember Pete von Reichbauer honored Terrell Dorsey for his work with youth in Auburn through his program titled Unleash The Brilliance. The event with municipal leaders was held April 24 at the Federal Way Performing Arts and Event Center. The mission of Unleash The Brilliance is to help youth reduce at-risk behaviors, increase school attendance, and raise graduation rates.
