The Greater Federal Way Chamber of Commerce recently appointed Katie Krause as the 2022 Chair of the Chamber’s Ambassador program.
Chamber Ambassadors serve as the volunteer corps of the Chamber, focused on building business relationships that support and enhance business opportunities in the Federal Way region.
“Outreach to our business members is a focus of the Ambassadors in the coming year,” said Krause. “As Ambassadors of the Chamber, we all share a commitment to our community. I am excited to work with leaders so willing to share their expertise as we expand our business network.”
Krause is the community relations director for Village Green Retirement Campus in Federal Way.
“The tremendous natural beauty, active lifestyle and caring staff are just a few of the reasons so many people call Village Green Retirement Campus home,” Krause said.
Krause is recognized for her commitment to community as well as her professionalism within the senior living industry, said Rachel Porter, membership and community relations manager for the Chamber.
“Connection is more important than ever in today’s business world,” Porter said. “Our Ambassadors connect businesses not only to programming focused on economic growth, but also to the powerful network of leaders in the Chamber network.”
