Jersey Mike’s Subs is opening its Federal Way location Wednesday, Oct. 27.

The new store, specializing in fresh sliced and fresh grilled subs sandwiches, is located at 2020 S. 320th Street Suite 3 in Federal Way near Azteca Mexican Restaurant, Ezell’s Famous Chicken and Emerald City Smoothie.

“It was the quality of product, community and the stores team culture that attracted us to Jersey Mike’s,” said Franchise Owner Peter Braun. “We see huge potential in the Jersey Mike’s brand in the Northwest and want to help build that. In addition, the brand’s economic strength was demonstrated this past year as well.”

Braun and Operating Partner Jeff Morse are holding a grand opening celebration and fundraiser from Wednesday, Oct. 27 to Sunday, Oct. 31 to support Todd Beamer High School, Federal Way High School, and Decatur High School.

Customers with a special fundraising coupon can make a minimum $2 contribution to the schools in exchange for a regular sub. Customers must have a coupon to be eligible.

Braun’s favorite sub is the #17 Mike’s Famous Philly, which he deems “a must try.”

Customers can place takeout orders in-store or for pickup through the website or through the Jersey Mike’s app. Delivery is also available in most areas through the Jersey Mike’s app or through third-party delivery partners. Curbside pickup is available for orders placed in Jersey Mike’s app.

Jersey Mike’s premium meats and cheeses are sliced fresh and piled high on in-store baked bread. Jersey Mike’s offer their subs made “Mike’s Way” with the freshest vegetables – onions, lettuce and tomatoes – topped off with a zing of “the juice,” red wine vinegar and an olive oil blend.

Braun said this is their fourth location with more stores to come in the pipeline.

Since 2010, Jersey Mike’s locations throughout the country have raised more than $65 million for local charities. In 2021, the company’s 11th Annual Jersey Mike’s Month of Giving in March raised over $15 million for more than 200 charities nationwide, according to the company.
