The sidewalks around Federal Way City Hall, near the hospital off 348th Street and Campus Way, along First Avenue South and near the library are hazardous to walk, jog or bicycle along. Stones are uprooted, litter and abandoned grocery carts create hazardous walkways. Winco’s front entry and sides of the store are dirty.
