Students and staff were evacuated from Decatur High School at approximately 1:20 p.m. today while Federal Way police investigated a bomb threat.
Federal Way Public Schools spokeswoman Ann Cook said the Federal Way Police Department notified the district about the threat at 1:10 p.m. Police gave school officials the all-clear to re-enter the building at 2:05 p.m.
Students were also given time to re-enter the building for their belongings.
District officials said this delayed buses approximately 15-20 minutes and may in turn cause a delay in picking up students at Saghalie, Lakota and Sacajawea middle schools, as well as Nautilus K-8 students.
