I think that we should all be appreciative of our representatives in the 30th legislative district for voting no on restricting open records access to legislators’ emails and correspondence. Openness and transparency are essential for assuring that the public is being well served.

So, thank you Sen. Mark Miloscia and state representatives Mike Pelicciotti and Kristine Reeves for showing leadership in putting the public’s interest first.
