Mirror staff reports:

A washing machine on the freeway caused a three-car accident Sunday in Federal Way.

The incident occurred about 12:50 p.m. Sunday on southbound Interstate 5, just north of the South 320th Street exit. A washing machine was in the second lane.

No injuries were reported. The Mirror has requested more information and will report more when available.
