The current refusal of the Twin Lakes Home Owners Association Board to support reasonable communications among the members has led to an alternative means to communicate with the association members.

A CC&R Task Force has been formed to ensure that members are made aware of, and have access to, the reformatted and revised CC&R document.

If there is interest, briefings will be offered beginning in January 2017 with the intent to have the CC&R revision process to be the subject at a special meeting called by the board.

To that end, an electronic PDF copy of the revised draft document can be obtained via an email request by providing name, address, property division and lot number to TLCCRTF@gmail.com.

Interested association members are encouraged to review significant proposal and then render comments to the task force via the address provided above.
