William L. Ready died April 29 in Federal Way. He was 76.

He was born April 21, 1928 in Genoa, Colo.

He was an avid golfer.

Survivors include his wife, Marilynn; sons David Ready, Patrick Ready and John Ready, all of Seattle; daughters Susan Adele of South Carolina and Carol Ready of Ellensburg; nine grandchildren and one great-grandchild; and a sister, Beverly Clark of Oregon.

Private services will be held.
