Bertie L. Garniet died Dec. 8 in Port Angeles Care Center. She was 90.

She was born Feb. 5, 1914 in Daysville, Tenn.

She worked for Chrysler Corp. for 28 years until her retirement on June 30, 1972.

She was a member of Federal Way Baptist Church and active in the Federal Way Senior Center before moving to Port Angeles.

She was preceded in death by her husbands, Angelo Intorre and Aubrey Garniet; brothers Ira, Paul, Willard and Arthur Golliher; and sisters Edna Davis, Ethel Ezell, Alice Honeycutt, Martha Carter, Lucinda Golliher, Macel Hamby and Jennie Golliher.

A memorial service will be conducted at 1:30 p.m. Dec. 20 at Laurel Park Assisted Living, 1122 E. Park Ave., in Port Angeles. Interment will be at Washington Memorial Park in SeaTac.
