Dave Verstrate died Feb. 29. He was 65.

He was born in Yakima and was a longtime Federal Way resident.

Survivors include his wife, Marilyn, of Federal Way; sons Terry, Jim and David; a daughter, Carmen; three grandchildren; a twin brother, Don; and sisters Cathy and Beth.

The family requests that memorial contributions be made to Angel Flight of America at any U.S. Bank branch.

A celebration of his life, followed by a potluck, is scheduled from 2 to 4 p.m. April 3 in the gymnasium at Olympic View Elementary School, located at 2626 SW. 227th St., in Federal Way.
