Offense:
Quarterback — Taylor Stark, Jefferson
The senior is the prototypical quarterback at 6-foot-3, 200 pounds. Stark finished fourth in the SPSL in passing with 1,919 yards and 18 touchdowns. He also only threw four interceptions and completed more than 61 percent of his passes. This is Stark’s second straight appearance as the All-City QB.

Running backs — Lamardray Fuller, Beamer; Chase King, Decatur; Andre Barrington, Federal Way
This was the year of the running back in the Federal Way School District. Fuller, King and Barrington all rushed for over 1,000 yards and scored a combined 38 touchdowns.
Fuller finished fourth in the SPSL in rushing yards with 1,229 and 11 touchdowns. His best game came in Beamer’s opener against Jefferson when Fuller rushed for a school-record 307 yards. This is Fuller’s second straight 1,000-yard season.
King burst on the SPSL scene this season with 1,174 yards in eight games. The Decatur senior tallied nine touchdowns and also returned a kickoff for a touchdown. His best game came against the league champion Federal Way Eagles when he rushed for 261 yards.
Barrington might be the most gifted athlete in the district. The 6-1, 195-pounder has rushed for over 1,000 yards in his sophomore and junior seasons at Federal Way, played varsity basketball for the Eagles since his freshman year and ran at the state track meet. This year, Barrington ran for 1,028 yards and 18 total touchdowns. Next year, he should be one of the highest recruited players in the area and should play Division I football.

Wide receivers — Josh Waller, Beamer; Bryant Cameron, Jefferson; Aaron Broussard, Federal Way
The wide receiver position in Federal Way was also not too shabby during the 2007 season. But three seniors stood out.
Waller proved to be one of the most elusive receivers in the SPSL after catching 33 passes for 692 yards and 11 touchdowns, averaging 21 yards a catch. He also ran back two kickoffs for touchdowns.
The 6-5 Cameron physically dominated smaller cornerbacks on his way to 71 catches for 1,018 yards. He also caught a league-leading 14 touchdown passes and had a high game of 174 yards.
Broussard was also a huge target for Federal Way quarterback Justin Southern. The 6-4 Broussard caught 23 passes for 638 yards and four touchdowns for the Eagles, averaging a league-best 27.7 yards a catch.

Offensive line — Evan Cook, Beamer; Andru Pulu, Federal Way; Israel Kinlow, Decatur, Jonathon Detzler, Federal Way; Jordan Ramos, Federal Way; Joe Satterwhite, Jefferson
The big boys up front are used to just going out every game and doing their job without a lot of fanfare. But these six players did that a little better than anyone else in Federal Way this season. Cook, Pulu, Kinlow, Detzler and Ramos all opened up holes for 1,000-yard running backs and TJ’s Satterwhite allowed Jefferson to throw for over 2,000 yards this season.

Kicker — Kelyn Rowe, Federal Way
The sophomore converted on 31 of 34 extra-point attempts and was 4 for 8 in field goals, including a long of 37 yards.

Defense
Defensive line — Evan Cook, Beamer; Marcus James, Federal Way; Dennis Kirkpatrick, Federal Way; Kama Frank, Jefferson
Cook dominated the line of scrimmage for Beamer and was named the Defensive Lineman of the Year in the SPSL South. James and Kirkpatrick were the unsung heroes of the Eagle defense that finished fourth in the SPSL in total defense by allowing 219 yards a game. The Federal Way pair both finished with four sacks each. The undersized Frank (6-0, 180) was a beast on the Raider front. The junior had five sacks.

Linebacker — Andru Pulu, Federal Way; Justin Southern, Federal Way; Parker Herbert, Decatur
Pulu was the man in the middle of the Federal Way defense and has the perfect size (6-2, 245) to play linebacker in college. He finished second on the Eagles in tackles. Southern not only was the best quarterback in the SPSL North, but also one of the best linebackers. He finished fifth in the league in sacks with six from his outside linebacker position. Herbert was constantly in the backfield for the Decatur defense. The 6-1, 205-pounder was fifth in the SPSL South with seven tackles for a loss.

Defensive backs – Bryant Cameron, Jefferson; Andre Barrington, Federal Way; Justin Amundsen, Federal Way; Greylin James, Federal Way; Cory Obungen, Beamer
The All-City defensive backfield features a lethal combination of size and speed, as well as the ability to come up and make tackles.
Cameron finished second in the SPSL in interceptions with five and ran one of them back for a touchdown and Beamer’s Cory Obungen picked off four. The Federal Way threesome of Amundsen, James and Barrington helped the Eagles finish second in the SPSL in passing defense. Federal Way allowed only four passing touchdowns and just 75 yards a game. Barrington also led the Eagles in tackles with 49 total.
