Police are searching for a man who fled on foot after robbing a Key Bank in Federal Way on Thursday morning.

Police are searching for a man who fled on foot after robbing a Key Bank in Federal Way on Thursday morning.

Officers responded to the Key bank at 32400 Pacific Highway S. at 9:34 a.m., after a white male suspected entered the bank and presented a note, said Federal Way police spokeswoman Cathy Schrock.

The suspect demanded money from the teller and made threats if his demands weren’t met, she said. The cashier provided the suspect an undisclosed amount of money.

The suspect initially fled on foot and police suspect an accomplice drove him away. Police checked the area and did not locate the suspect.
