I appreciate the article regarding the Costco photos (“Sex offender accused of taking pics at Federal Way Costco,” June 21).

My granddaughter is one of these young girls. I know you would be concerned if you have young children and shop at what we think is a family-oriented store. I understand that Costco uses a contractor that provides food samples.

My daughter has talked with the Federal Way police and thought they were exceptional in regards to this situation. She has also been in contact with the manager of the Federal Way Costco, their corporate office, their security and Homeland Security Investigations.

I would like to thank The Mirror for this coverage. I also have the website info regarding the whole matter.

I think at this point parents with questions need to call the number that The Mirror provided, (206) 442-1638, in order to provide assistance to the investigation by Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s Homeland Security Investigations.
