Federal Way public advocate earns honors

Federal Way resident Betty Taylor was presented with a 2011 Martin Luther King Jr. Public Advocate Award on Feb. 1 by Federal Way City Councilman Roger Freeman.

Federal Way resident Betty Taylor was presented with a 2011 Martin Luther King Jr. Public Advocate Award on Feb. 1 by Federal Way City Councilman Roger Freeman.
