The 2010 Asphalt Overlay project will cause traffic delays across the city during the next two weeks.
On S. 317th St. from 23rd Ave. S. to 28th Ave. S., crews will be conducting pavement repair, planing and asphalt overlay June 22, 23 and 26. Work will take place from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Early in the week, the eastbound and westbound lanes will be restricted to one direction. On Saturday, the eastbound and westbound lanes will be closed and a detour will be marked.
On 23rd Ave. S. from S. 319th Place to S. 322nd St., crews will be doing pavement repair, planing and overlay on June 24, 25, 30 and July 1. Crews will work from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. June 24-25. Northbound and southbound lanes will be restricted to one lane in each direction. From June 30 to July 1, the northbound and southbound lanes will also be restricted to one lane in each direction from 7 p.m. to 6 a.m.
On 1st Way S. from S. 338th St. to S. 344th St., crews will work from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. June 25-29. Northbound and southbound lanes will be restricted to one lane in each direction. On July 6 and 7, lanes will be restricted to one lane in each direction from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m.
