King County Councilman Pete von Reichbauer welcomed King County Prosecutor Dan Satterberg to the regional Monthly Good Eggs Breakfast in Auburn on Wednesday.

Satterberg discussed local crime prevention, innovative sentencing proposals and the importance of keeping juveniles in the education system.

“Listening to Dan Satterberg speak about criminal justice reform was helpful in reviewing the larger picture of how to address crime at the community level,” said von Reichbauer. “It is critical to keep juveniles in the education system in order to reduce the odds that they will later become part of the expensive criminal justice system.”
